[Nagiosplug-checkins] Switching off the sfsnapshot mails

Just to let you know that Wayne Mery is, quite rightly, complaining 
about the sfsnapshot mail errors in the -checkins list. This was 
originally set up so that the checkins list could see any compile 
errors with the nightly snapshots, but we seem to be receiving more 
errors about SF's infrastructure than our code. So, to reduce the spam, 
I've redirected all the emails to my personal email instead.

If anyone has any ideas on what could be setup instead, I'm all ears.
