It seems that a mistake is made into the INSTALL file.

We're told of a default CGIURl

   d) Replace CGIURL with the path used to access the Nagios CGIs with
      a web browser (default is '/cgi-bin/nagios')


BUT should be /nagios/cgi-bin ?
