I may have lost it but I think this is not needed.
The CVS check_dhcp should have FreeBSD specific code to identify
interfaces (I have used it on this 4-10 RELEASE host with an fxp
device).
If you have not tried the CVS, please do so.
If the CVS doesn't work, would you post a bug report to the SourceForge
nagios-plugin tracker ?
