I need help !!!  I have jagged .....

I am trying to use plugin "*check_ifoperstatus*"  s
command, but I don't know how to get.

(-k (--key)        SNMP IfIndex value)
(-d (--descr)      SNMP ifDescr value ) ?

Please help me any setup is required ?? and how to set up,what need to be
installed ???
