[nagios-plugins] Fix #1217 spec file fails to build due to duplicate files and unused files (#1219)

As [we](https://github.com/nagios-plugins/nagios-plugins/issues/1217#issuecomment-30415582) [mentioned](https://github.com/nagios-plugins/nagios-plugins/issues/1217#issuecomment-30360010) in #1217, we'd rather remove the SPEC file altogether.  Could you explain why it's useful to you?  Won't the one maintained by your distribution (e.g. the one from [Fedora](http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/nagios-plugins.git/tree/nagios-plugins.spec)) do the trick?  Or the one from [RepoForge](https://github.com/repoforge/rpms/blob/master/specs/nagios-plugins/nagios-plugins.spec)?
