[nagios-plugins] Fix misleading timeout help (#1209)

I was trying to make the wording generic but I didn't realize it's varying use in the many plugins. I had thought every plugin used the timeouts in the same way where SIGALRM would come to stop it from what it was doing. Obviously, I was wrong.

I'm fine with your suggestion since it was what I was going for in the first place.
