Add SCSI pass-through to check_ide_smart

Hi

I have SATA disks connected to a PCI board that make them appear to the
OS as SCSI disks. As a result, check_ide_smart is not able to monitor
them.

smartctl from smartmontools can, by encapsulating ATA commands in SCSI
pass through commands. IMO, this would be a nice feature addition to
check_ide_smart.

Anyone already worked/working on it? Would a patch with such a feature
be accepted?
