check_by_ssh: added option to exit with an warning, if there is output on STDERR (#1301)

instead of adding a negate like option for each plugin, i'd prefer to
enhance the negate plugin to maybe
change states only for certain pattern. Ex.: negate -w WARNING -r 'Remote
command execution failed' ...
