[monitoring-plugins/monitoring-plugins] check_mailq: Fix per-domain settings (#1398)

Having a warning and a Warning option doing different things is not really
super. From a quick look at the code this has been there before but never
worked because of the getopt options. So i'd say its better to
have a more speaking long-option name. What you think?
