[Nagiosplug-help] ldd statusmap.cgi show can't find libgd.so.2

I have found some of the -devel packages for RedHat 8.0 @
www.rpmfind.net but only the png-devel will install, the others give
the following error.
V3 DSA signature: BAD, key ID . . . .  rpm cannot be installed.
I am getting very frustrated.  I have been out to the sites where I
downloaded the runtime part but none of them have any other downloads
for the -devel parts.  How can I get these files?!?

I would guess you just installed the runtime part of it and not the 
development part. (Extremely common issue in fact.)
