Your question is not so clear ;-)
I mean you want to change the 'nagios_user'
It's located on nagios.cfg file.

"find / -name "nagios.cfg" -print" <--- to find the .cfg file

But warning!!! The user who will take place on 'nagios_user' must be
defined in unix, and last but not least, it's under this username 
that nagios will run.... (check permissions)
