[Nagiosplug-help] check_disk_smb

Hi all,
Newbie to nagios, and loving every minute of it!
But, whenever I try to use the check_disk_smb resource it returns 'result from smbclient not suitable'.

Redhat 9.0
nagios 1.0
nagios-plugins 1.3
smbclient 2.2.7a (standard install from redhat)
Using smbclient manually works fine.

Any ideas please?  I would like to monitor for when disk space on SMB shares are running low.
