[Nagiosplug-help] ignore certain interfaces in check_ifstatus

I've looked at it, but it looks like it's for checking individual
interfaces. I have 84 interfaces on one of the routers with these damn
external ISDN devices, and another router with around 80 more interfaces. I
don't really want to do 160 different service checks to cover only these two
routers.
Are there any docs anywhere on these check_* commands? I can't seem to find
any.
