Thanks, but i got it to work.
The trouble was that by accident in the checkcommands.cfg  i accidently 
typed 40 instead of $ARG1$ in the check_nrpe -c  $ARG1$.
wasted 3 hours because of one stupid error. 
makes u wonder....a small thing causes more problems than a big thing.
