[Nagiosplug-help] check_udp and bootp

Has anyone managed to monitor a bootp service using check_udp? I've tried
the following command to no avail.

./check_udp -H hostname -p 67
No data was received from host!
No response from host on port 67

I understand that I'll probably need to send something using the -s flag,
but that I can't seem to find what a bootrequest consists of... Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
