[Nagiosplug-help] NRPE works from command line but not nagios server

It appears as though you are missing the -H command line option in your 
checkcommand definition... It should read as follows (note the addition 
of the -H before the $HOSTADDRESS$):

command_line $USER1$/check_nrpe -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -c check_disk
