[Nagiosplug-help] check_http returns "forbidden" but page is accessible from browser

At least on redhat - Apache's welcome.conf is used to redirect a 403 error 
when there are no index pages at the root URL to the "test page"

ie - test page is retured on a 403 error - not ok 200.
