[ -w 85 ] [ -c 98 ]

Shouldn't this be;
./check_iftraffic.pl -H 192.168.1.1 -C 12884rt76 -i if_descr -b 3 -u m
-w 85 -c 98 
Namely the -w 85 -c 98 being this way...
