Hi

it depends on your configuration. and windows agent setup.

here are 2 usefull solutions.

1) NRPE_NT or NSCLIENT++ installed on windows system. and then use the 
eventlog_nrpe_nt.exe plugin. which can monitor all facilities. filter events. 
Check NNN minutes and so on.
2) using the PASSIVE CHECK/ NCSA method you can use steve excellent tool nagios 
event log. with this tool you configure /facilities events you want to be sent 
to nagios via NSCA. you can grab this tool:
