[Nagiosplug-help] check_apc_ups.pl

I have this plugin working fine.  From the command line it outputs great,
but Nagios is displaying an unknown
 
[nagios at jbglinux libexec]$ ./check_apc_ups.pl -H 192.168.100.45
Output status: onLine | Rem time: 0:11:00.00 | Battery status: batteryNormal
| Battery temp(C): 29 | Battery repl: noBatteryNeedsReplacing | Output load
(%): 42 | Diag result: OK
 
But Nagios shows

Check;UNKNOWN;3/3;HARD;1111766040;1111766460;ACTIVE;1;1;1;1111764750;0;UNKNO
WN;120;0;0;0;0;0;1;0;1;1;0;0.00;0;1;0;1;Output status: onLine

Doesn't seem to be taking the whole output.
