[Nagiosplug-help] Plugins 1.4 : problem with NLS

hello,

I am french user and i have some problem with NLS.
I compile plugins sources with disable-nls and with-included-gettext 
options. Plugin check_ping and check_procs does'nt work.
my LANG environment variable is fr-FR.when i forced LAN to en_US it is 
OK in the shell environment but with nagios and nrpe daemon it does'nt 
work (in the .profile of the nagios user LANG=en_US and it is exported).
I try with nls support and it is the same problem.

where is the problem?
