[Nagiosplug-help] Check_procs- Always get a warning?

Hi

I am trying to monitor a service (snort) via nagios plugins on an FC3 box, 
but am always getting a warning.  here is some of the commands that I hanve 
entered:

./check_procs -C snort -w 1:1 -c 1:1
./check_procs -C snort -c 1:1
./check_procs -C snort -w 0:2 -c 0:2
./check_procs -C snort  -c 0:2

I always get a warning "PROCS WARNING: 1 process with command name 'snort'"

I looked through some previous email and it looks like this may be a problem 
with this distro of linux.  Does anyone know of a workaround?
