No, making bind9 with --enable-threads is default, since it makes
bind use the internal isc lib shipped with bind. The lib itself is
not buggy, just the implementation of the kernelhandling it uses.

Disabling the threads-lib within bind9 is just a workaround for the
actual problem, which lies in the futex handling of the kernel.

Since it was incorporated with a redhat-specific change to the
kernel, I assume that every distro built on RH is affected.
