If your are thinking of a plugin which behaves like a Notes Client: I
don't know if such a beast exists. However, you can monitor the various
processes (server core, indexer, etc.) using the check_procs plugin on
the server side. You can also use check_tcp to remote-monitor TCP port
1352 and of course other service related ports, and you might want to
look into using the Domino SNMP Agent.
