[Nagiosplug-help] plugins install

I have a RHEL 3 system I need to get the plugins onto and I get this:

[root at bre2 root]# rpm -i --force  nagios-plugins-1.4.1-1.1.el3.rf.i386.rpm

I can't even force the install and I have net-snmp and net-snmp-perl 
installed. Any ideas?
