If you read troughfully you will see that those are deprecated
arguments. Just remove them.

This isn't related to Nagios-plugins. Make sure your web server and CGIs
are properly configured. Make suer the web server has proper permissions
to read Nagios configuration files and execute the CGIs.

A better place to ask for help regarding this mater is the Nagios-users
mailing list; but you should first read well the installation section of
the Nagios documentation and make sure you're not missing anything. You
might find more useful documentation at:

Finally, when asking for help please give as much details as possible.
Configuration excerpts and list of steps you did to get where you are
will greatly help troubleshooting your problem.
