I assume this is on Solaris... and likely caused because the compiler
used to compile MySQL differs (If it's a Sun package it's likely Sun CC;
you're using GCC).

Two ways to fix this:

1. configure with "--without-mysql". You won't have any check_mysql*
plugins.

2. Edit the Makefile in the plugins/ directory and remove any occurrence
of "-xstrconst" (and probably "-mt" too).
