check_http doesn't go past the headers if it doesn't need to.

Looking for the string should be enough in this case if it's written in
one shot. If you want to be sure, or retrieve bigger files, use the
"-m <min_pg_size>:<max_pg_size>" switch to retrieve up to max_pg_size bytes.

Read carefully the check_http --help for all the options.
