[Nagiosplug-help] make command

Hello,
 Did something change after 1-4.11? I can no longer successfully compile the plugins.  The make process comes up with an error: check_pgsql.c:44:30: pg_config_manual.h file not found.  I have never had this file on the server.  Is there any type of work around for this problem?
