[Nagiosplug-help] check_tcp bug in nagios v1.4.11

We use check_tcp v.1.4.11 and it appears to still have a bug...
 
 $ ./check_tcp -p 4000        
TCP OK - 0.004 second response time on port
4000|time=0.003699s;;;0.000000;10.000000
$ <mailto:root at gexprdautosys02:/usr/local/nagios/libexec>  ./check_tcp
-p 4001 
Connection refused
 
Shouldn't the "Connection refused" line be "TCP CRITICAL....."?
