[Nagiosplug-help] java applications monitoring

Hi All,
 
I have done nagios for my local server . I have certain java appalications which need to be monitored individually.Is it possible in nagios ? Is there any plugins I need to download for this ? How can I add ajava applications in services.cfg ?  Please help me in this .
