Yes and no... Nagios 3 do support extended plugin status (the format is
defined very clearly in the documentation), but neither NRPE or NSCA
support the new format yet.
Unless you can implement your own transport mechanism (maybe
check_by_ssh could allow active checks with multiple lines - I haven't
tested) you're out luck.
You could search around too - Maybe someone else got a workaround.
