Are you talking about monitoring Heartbeat or implementing it with Nagios?
If you want Nagios to run in HA, that's not a plugin. If you want to
monitor the resources status on a server I can send you what I use,
though it's been tested only with Heartbeat v.2.0 in V1 config mode
(uses cl_status) and the expected state is hard-coded in the code
(written in Perl).
It monitors *only* the resources status - there's other stuff that
should be monitored as well like heartbeat links status (can be done
with cl_status as well IIRC) and heartbeat clients (the clients can most
likely be monitored with check_procs, though there *may* be a better way...)
