I run the following from the command line from my Nagios box and it works like a champ...
# ./libexec/check_nt -H server.domain.com -p 12489 -v COUNTER -l "\\Memory\\Available MBytes","Available MBytes=%.2f"
I put the appropriate info into my service check config and my command config files... it runs and I get a result...
however the really strange part... the result value is very different.
OUTPUT COMMANDLINE:
Available MBytes=430.00 | 'Available MBytes=%.2f'=430.000000%;0.000000;0.000000;
OUTPUT AS NAGIOS CHECK:
Available MBytes=617480.00 | 'Available MBytes=%.2f'=617480.000000%;0.000000;0.000000;
The value it retruns appears to be the USED MBytes maybe?
Yes, this is against a server w/ ALOT of used memory. :-) Am I just missing something?
