[Nagiosplug-help] Help with remotely monitoring SNMP on windows

I would like to know if it is possible to remotly monitor SNMP on a
remote windows server which is running nsclient++?
 
If it is possible, can you please send me the steps to do so. I want to
monitor every aspect of my remote server.
 
I beleive that monitoring snmp will open up my horizon to many different
services? Is this true?
