Hi,
I need our NOC to access and acknowledge alarms, but nothing more
(reschedule,  stop active/passive checks, and so on). Just ack.
Is it possible? And a "nagiosadmin" that can do everything.
At the moment I only see the possibility to only let see, if the user
"NOC" is not into the contact group assigned to that hosts.
