Download the Nagios/Plugin.pm from cpan to your server.
http://search.cpan.org/~tonvoon/Nagios-Plugin-0.34/lib/Nagios/Plugin.pm
Install that module on server following instructions given in the module.
Then run your check_esx3.pl. You should be good to go.
Aaron

Subject: [Nagiosplug-help] Can't locate Nagios/Plugin.pm error wheninstalling plugin
Hi everyone,
I just downloaded a new plugin called check_esx3.pl from Nagios.org. As per
the very brief instructions that come with the plugin, I downloaded the latest
version of Perl Toolkit from VMware. When I try and install the plugin I get
the following error. Does anyone have any suggestions?
/usr/local/perl /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_esx3.plcheck_esx3.pl
Can't locate Nagios/Plugin.pm in @INC (@INC contains:

file
Ivan:
Each OS and/or OS distribution has different ideas as to where specific types of
files should go. Therefore, the instructions can not be precise on where the
files will be for your specific distro. For Ubuntu the path is
/usr/lib/nagios/plugins.
Try the following to determine your location:
find / -name check_load
