Here is the command with 'nagios' user, with same arguments :
[root at nagios etc]# su - nagios
[nagios at nagios ~]$ /usr/local/nagios/libexec/contrib/./check_netapp3.pl -H 192.X.X.X -C public -v CPULOAD -w 80 -c 90
CPULOAD OK - CPU load: 6%|cpuload=6%
Here's permissions :
-rwxr-xr-x 1 nagios nagios 22051 aoû 16 09:56 /usr/local/nagios/libexec/contrib/check_netapp3.pl
