[Nagiosplug-help] check_esx3 and self-signed vmware certs

Has anyone gotten the ESX plugin script working with the self-signed 
certs that VMWare provides?  I've got a request in for our VM guy to 
replace the certs with real signed certs, but I'd like to get some 
progress on this project in the meantime.

Seems like the strict ssl cert checking did not used to be a problem, 
but is pretty well enforced in current versions of Crypt::SSLeay.
