Hey folks,
So, I had a disk in a Dell 2900 fail yesterday, which was replaced.
Yay. Unfortunately, the firmware in the disk is newer than the others
in the server, so OMSA is complaining about firmware versions.
"Fine," I said to myself, preparing to blacklist it. Unfortunately,
I think I *am* blacklisting all firmware options I have, and it's
still complaining. :(
Here is the output of -d:
System: PowerEdge T610 II OMSA version: 6.3.0
ServiceTag: ------- Plugin version: 3.6.8
BIOS/date: 3.0.0 01/31/2011 Checking mode: local

Trond, what other output might be helpful? I guess what I'm looking
for is a way to blacklist the firmware it's complaining about, I kind
of expected to be able to do that.
The command I'm using via NSClient++ is:
check_openmanage.exe -e -p -b
bat_charge=ALL/ctrl_fw=ALL/ctrl_driver=ALL/ctrl_stdr=ALL --omreport
F:/path/to/omreport.exe
Thanks much!
Benny
