[Nagiosplug-help] SNMP example?

I'm trying to tie Nagios to an SNMP based alert console; does anyone
have a quick example of using snmptrap with the NAGIOS-*-* MIBs?

I'm far from a MIB/SNMP expert and I'd like to dig less on this front
(and also don't really want to buy the $50 Nagios Pro book for the one
line that's probably on page 337).
