[Nagiosplug-help] Disable RFC4507 support issues

Still working on testing I just wanted to make sure that particular fix was going to get applied. At first glance it seemed as though I needed to provide something extra
but after your explanation I understand what I was missing. 

We had our own patch to turn this off when we noticed the issue but if it is now part of the main plugin code that makes things easier.
