[Nagiosplug-help] CheckDirSize Nagios Nrpe plugin with -f option.

Hi,

Please help me understand about -f flag which says perfdata *"CheckDirSize
now generates perfdata if desired (option -f)"* . Not sure i understand
about perfdata. Is there a way to measure performance?
