check_snmp issue, need your help, thanks a lot!

Hi,

I met an issue when I use the plugin check_snmp.
[root at yuhuibuild-oam-b plugins]# ./check_snmp -H 135.1.238.90 -o 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.78.5.6.11
External command error: Timeout: No Response from 135.1.238.90:161.

The remote lab ip is 135.1.238.90.

I want to know what configuration should I make on the remote lab 135.1.238.90.
Is there any procedure to describe how to configuration the check_snmp?
