Need help in posting multipart/form-data using check_http nagios plugin

Hi Team,

Is there a way to post content-type: multipart/form-data using check_http
nagios plugin
Could you please guide me with any example

I need this to monitor my post request to one of the monitoring using by
passing username password to it

while using postman i'm able to get proper response
