Need help to transfer check_nt to nagios server

Hi,

I have installed NSClient++ on windows machine and also configured windows.cfg on Nagios server. I can see a new instance on Nagios UI but it is still not monitoring the processes. I am left with check_nt plugin installation. I want info regarding from where I can get it, how to install it etc.
