check_mysql_query examples

Dear support @ monitoring-plugins,

I am trying to setup Naemon to monitoring slow database query but I am not
too familiar with database, and I am hoping that you can help me with this.
It would help me a lot with examples to follow and explanation how it works
would be awesome.
