Doubt : Nagios service define

Hi , 


I need a help from u Guys i want to define a service in Nagios server ...we have 3 cmd.exe's (3 instances) which are running on my Production Machine .and my requirement is even if one 1 cmd.exe has stopped i should get the alert to my Mail...how to do this..?
