Case sensitive on procstate check

Hi,
I am a bit fighting with the check_nt and procstate. We have a software which curiously doesn't always uses the same case in it's processname. Sometimes it ends with .exe, sometimes with .EXE. But procstate ist always case sensitive, so I need to create a own service check for each case. Is there a possibility to execute procstate case insensitive?
