Are you sure this option was "officially" in the plugin?

2013 offers a patch to add this option, but the issue is still open.
A blog entry from Xavier Mertens in 2008 (
https://blog.rootshell.be/2008/12/19/roguehacked-dhcp-server-detection-using-nagios/)
mentions a manually patched check_dhcp to check for rogue DHCP servers.
Maybe you have used a manually patched check_dhcp in the past?
